Finally snagging a picture of the current special pie. @earthartisan brought us some ramps and fiddleheads, some unnamed foragers on the west coast sent the morels, taleggio with the assist. Both locations through the week....
"it's spring somewhere v.1": pea puree, pea leaves, spring onions, green chickpeas, baby yukons, truffled sottocenere. Available through the weekend, then it's ramps & morels!
This week-- next week = chanterelles-almond pesto, green garlic, sauteed greens, taleggio, prosciutto. Spring is near.

Somehow it has taken us 7 years to riff on the classic sausage & rabe combo. So here goes: twice cooked broccoli rabe, fennel sausage, bufala mozz, provolone, garlic. Ask for roasted long hots if you get down like that. Available both locations through next week. #happypiday
